Astronomy Club

Astronomy clubs at SRN gives students the opportunity to know more about the celestial objects. Because of the involvement of hands-on activities and observation sessions, astronomy club is very popular amongst the students. It is like building blocks for preserving the passion and interest amongst students and providing proper resources and information to the curious minds, which is the stepping stone in the making of future astronomers and scientists. During Annual Exhibition and Inter school activities it gives them a peer group to share their passion and learning.

More precisely, Astronomy Club leads to useful extra-curricular activity in school not just to promote the interest in astronomy but also to polish other skills. Through these activities, observations, and concepts students understand astronomical phenomenon and developes scientific reasoning.

Cutipie Club

It's our Kindergarten Club dedicated to our tiny tots to help them become more comfortable with the transition into Kindergarten. Through the rainbow of activities, we empower children to reach to their full potential. Through multiple activities children experience using a wide range of art materials and learn new techniques. From watercolours to pastels and mixed media, they are inspired to develop their creativity, stimulate their mind and put their own mark in masterpieces they take home – in a warm, relaxed and welcoming environment.

EXUN Club (Expert Unlimited Alumni)

This club works as a team to connect and unite our esteemed alumni network, which constitutes a huge body of immensely talented, versatile, dynamic and successful alumni

This club is created and run by alumni volunteers with fellow alumni in their region who wish to reconnect with their juniors and mentors of their school i.e. SRN to share their experiences and interests. Alumni club recognizes the power of networking and provide them opportunities to share experiences and traditions, and to network during events and programs of the school and help each other in personal and professional development.

Entrepreneurs Club

The Entrepreneur Club aims to provide a conduit by which students can access entrepreneurial resources, network with community entrepreneurs, and share ideas. The club is dedicated to further understanding about new and small businesses. The club focuses on building leadership, innovation, business and leadership competencies. The members of the club get the opportunity to participate in competition like I- create to sharpen their entrepreneurial skills. Under Leadership Talks, they get plenty of opportunities to interact with established and upcoming entrepreneurs on the topics ranging from vision, coping with failures, start -ups, ethical innovations etc. This club provides the wide spectrum to the students who dream to be successful entrepreneurs.

Geographical Society

The Geography club plays an important role in creating interest in geography among students in school. This helps the students in having an idea of the practical utility of geography in addition to creating their interest in Geography. It aims to develop knowledge and insight among the students regarding geography of India as well as the world . Along with imparting knowledge club also focuses on activities related to saving of Environment and surroundings. Students of this club participate in Tree Plantation (Environment Day), Visit to Agriculture fields to know about soil type, Soil testing , crop patters and land uses etc. and it also helps in increasing awareness about conservation of water with the help of slogans, posters etc and rainwater harvesting.

Health & Wellness Club

SRN International school positively influences the habits', attitude and knowledge of students with the aim to have healthy, fit and productive youth in the country. This club can modifies the behaviour of students towards the attainment of optimum health. Physical Education caters to provide physical fitness which is an important component of wellness. Physical Education supplement the activities of the health and Wellness clubs by providing

Opportunities for physical exercise and body building. Wellness has been defined as the constant and deliberate effort to stay healthy and achieve the highest potential for well-being. Hence, students are encouraged to follow few easy and essential tips to stay fit and healthy. For instance, sleeping 7-8 hours every night, eating nutritious meals, abstaining from sweets and fats and maintaining ideal body weight. The students of this club along with their mentors take care to spread the message of ' Stay fit & stay healthy

Hindi Sahitya Vrinda

To inculcate a sense of proud about National language and understand the importance of Hindi, this club was initiated at SRN. It helps the students in developing literary skills through enjoyable activities. Through these activities students get the exposure to classical Hindi language and literature. Club focusses on to enhance the creativity of our students. It allows students to create their own speeches, nukkad-nataks and plays, compose poetry and also write essays to express their thoughts and feelings. Nukkad-Natak which is an integral part of the Hindi Sahitya Vrinda, where students are not only being made aware of important social issues but they are encouraged to take on the responsibility of spreading its awareness. The activities like debates and extempore to develop thinking and analysing skills in students are also conducted.

Red X Club

Red Ex club which literally means redefining excellence is the club which is completely focuses on English literature. This club is committed to tap effective communication talent among students; club is poised to enable the talents with cutting edge. To develop and hone the literary skills of the students, the club inspires students to develop a taste for literature and also works in the direction of expanding their horizon of spoken and written language. Its intricate agenda includes a variety of activities aimed at building up the confidence and grooming the talents of students in facing various interpersonal challenges and competitions. Club also focuses to inculcate among students a flair for the language and enhance their literary skills. Its focus is to induce reading habit in students and encourage them to become orators and display their intellectual, independent thinking skills and imbibe a sense of confidence.

Thespian Society

Thespian Society is all about drama and stage art. This Club is dedicated for bringing the joy and power of Drama or Theatre to students by providing high quality dramatic sessions at the beginner and intermediate levels. It aims to offer participants the chance to experience the excitement and rewards of theatre arts while developing poise, social skills, confidence and the ability to work with others. Thespian society encourages dramatic presentations by students in the form of skits, mime, plays etc. It also hosts the Annual Inter-school Skit competition. It's an excellent medium to give exposure to the students in the field of performing arts.

Ikebana Club

Ikebana, traditionally, the classical art of Japanese flower arrangement; the meaning of the term was later extended to encompass all the various styles of Japanese floral art. This club at SRN encompasses to teach this exclusive art to the students. Flower arrangements are a simple and effective way to amplify the welcome setting of any given space. This club gives the message that Flowers are more than just decoration. They can breathe new life into a room and positively affect your state of mind.

MUN Society

This provide an opportunity to young building leaders to deliberate, discuss and find out solutions of the world problems. MUN Society organizes Inter School and Intra School MUN sessions to give a practical experience of how the UNO works, how delegates of different countries put forth stand of their countries and how world issues are addressed by the UNO.

Commerce Club

In order to meet the challenging needs of corporate world environment, it is not just sufficient for a student of commerce to be sound theoretically but must also be exposed to the outer world in a dynamic way to face practical situation. Commerce club was regulated in school to enrich and empower the students with academic and technical excellence. Club provides opportunity to the students to interact with business experts of industry or young entrepreneurs of Start-ups.

Students are also encouraged to plan and organise school events which gives them exposure to become event managers. Such activities build self-confidence and proactive approach.

Gourmet Club

This club has a group of people who gather together on a regular regular basis to take on a large cooking project or explore an unfamiliar cuisines across the world. The main reason is that there’s enormous fun to be had when a group of people gather together, roll up their sleeves collectively, and get something delicious done. Students love being a part of this club for many reasons. Besides being a lot of fun, they always learn something from their fellow chefs: a new technique, a new source for ingredients, a short cut and become experts in preparing various delicacies.

Dance and Music Society

It is said that Music is an extremely important subject for all children to learn and can lead to better brain development, increases in human connection, and even stress relief and Dance is a holistic exercise that builds one’s mind and body. Adding music and dance to academics is not a diversion or disturbance but can actually make students better in life. Hence, keeping this in mind SRN International School regulates Dance and music society. Not only do they learn dance and music, engage in a physical activity but also experience something that highlights their spirit. Student members of this club believes that club activities is a great way to release energy, shed inhibitions and let their emotions out. When they dance they feel good and it keeps them happy and more focussed.

Eco Freek Club

Eco Freek club at SRN empowers the students to participate and take up meaningful environmental activities and projects. It is a forum through which students can reach out to influence, engage their parents and neighbourhood communities to promote sound environmental behaviour. It will empower students to explore environmental concepts and actions beyond the confines of a syllabus or curriculum. It is not just an extracurricular activity but is a priority subject in the national curriculum. It motivated students to learn about the environment and to take action to improve their immediate environment. It also provides a wonderful opportunity to help generate awareness, build attitudes and enable students to take up activities in the real world, in a way that the constraints of the classroom and curriculum won’t allow.

French Club

French Club is a social setting to promote the French language and culture. The French Club aims to promote the French language and francophone cultures around the world. Club was created to offer students opportunities to celebrate French culture beyond the classroom. Students explore the various attributes of the French culture through games, movies, music, arts and crafts, cooking activities and much more!

Heritage Club

To promote students' awareness of national identity and appreciate different culture and races of the world, heritage club was initiated in the school. It is the club that brings students together to get history out of the textbooks and into their daily lives. By exploring the world around them in an exciting and energizing way, they can become better students and ambassadors of our school by participating in community service, engaging in history in multiple different facets and celebrating those that came across.

French Club

This Club is an umbrella for several activities associated with the Social Studies Department. Students gain knowledge of history through research, site visits, and exposure to guest speakers. It also helps students to learn and develop historical research and writing skills.

Yoga Club

Yoga Club is a club dedicated to the practice of yoga. Students along with their mentors practice different yoga poses & while learning about the practices of yoga they also learn how yoga can be used to manage stress, improve the mind-body connection, and increase strength and flexibility. Yoga, an elixir that works on almost every new age predicament such as obesity, depression, diabetes and panic attacks, is not a solution only for grown-ups but also for young children and can help them lead a better lifestyle as they grow up. Yoga is beneficial as it helps to improve the memory function in both adults and children, a direct benefit of which would be a better academic performance in children. It also helps to improve children’s attention span and focus. In fact, yoga and meditation help children in their mental and physical development. Hence, this club is the integral part of co- scholastic arena of students.

Ramanujan Maths Club

This club is solely dedicated to Maths that raises the profile of maths as a subject. Various activiries, programs are conducted to increase engagement of students and show children that maths can be playful, exciting and full of wonder. Working with peers from other classes and peer groups helps children share ideas and cultivate their mathematical and reasoning skills. This club encourages a positive attitude towards mathematics and stimulates mathematical curiosity. It also promotes cross-curricular thinking and the holistic development of pupils. In a nut shell, it develops a healthy interest in mathematics as a source of interest and achievement. Club inspires thinking, challenge and collaboration.

Reader’s Club

Everyone knows that reading expands the horizons and readers clubs help to do this at an even greater level, with the in-depth discussions and assimilations of different viewpoints all contributing to increasing the knowledge and appreciation of the world around them.

Reader's club at SRN helps the students to improve their reading skills, and raising awareness of a wider range of written materials. It also helps to extend the reading skills, as students are always tempted to try different types of books that they might not otherwise have chosen by themselves. Students become accustomed to the comfort of reading in a favourite genre and may not realise how much they might actually enjoy and altogether different type of books, until they are persuaded to try by other members of the reading group.

Despite not having a formalised classroom structure, reading groups are actually a fantastic place to promote learning. Each new book allows the opportunity to "start afresh" and "do better" - whether it is with more participation, improved leadership of discussions, and more commitment to reading or simply better retention of the information.

Creative Art Society

Talent, creativity, productivity and achievement are terms that define the Creative Art . Arts and crafts being an essential part of school curriculum, especially in view of the academics-oriented performance parameters prioritised by parents and educational institutions. It is a fun way for students to learn about making simple objects into works of art.

The club members experiment with creative artwork by using simple, ordinary materials. The objective of this club is to promote and support art enthusiasts, to propagate and contribute to special occasion activities held at SRN. The purpose is to encourage creative expression, create artwork around campus and to bring together a group of like-minded students. The club organizes different activities like rangoli, painting, drawing, composition, ceramics, collage and architecture.

The activities are easy, thought-provoking, and educational. Such activities help them to explore different themes.

Digi EX Club

This club is basically formed to enhance skill level of student other than regular curriculum and give benefits to student who wants to do more activity with their talent in the field of computer technology & networking. The students of Digi ex Club explores computer and related technology, including hardware, software, networking, Internet access, and Website development. Participants gain hands-on experience through workshops and project based competitions.

This club fulfils the objective to enhance skill level of student other than regular curriculum and to give benefit to the student who wants to do more activity with their talent in the field of computer technology & networking.

Economics Society

The aim of the Economics Society is to provide students with a chance to debate and further develop their understanding of economic and business issues and how they relate to the world at large. We plan to accomplish this goal through meetings, debates, and public events. Our mission is to create leaders in the field of Economics who lead the community in eradicating economic and financial illiteracy, a condition that deprives citizens of their dignity and independence and the right to stake a justified claim on the nation’s economic prosperity.

Through the different activities students get the chance to highlight the relevance and importance of Economists in society and in the process of nation-building/ reconstruction and to create an active and vibrant think-tank composed of practising economists on issues of local, national and global importance.

GUTS Club

GUTS which means Growing Up Thinking Scientifically is a Science club that channelizes the energies of students and make use of their skills and talents, which satisfy their instincts and urges and helps in their overall personality development. Through activities of this club, learning of science become joyful. Club is one of the better platform for the SRNians to realize their scientific skills, knowledge and fulfil their quest in doing science activities for which they do not get ample opportunities within the curriculum framework. It will create students in the scientific thinking process and also develop a scientific and rational attitude. Precisely, club plays an important role to integrate better understanding of earth nature and diversity of information sources.

Green Panthers Club

This club empowers students to participate and take up meaningful environmental activities. The goals of the Green Panthers Club is to increase awareness of environmental issues among faculty, staff, administration and students; assist faculty, staff, administration and students to become better stewards of the environment. Club is involved in planting trees and creating awareness among students to promote an eco-friendly campus by saving electricity, water and promoting vermi-culture composting on the campus. Joining this club is good for students who are interested in biological sciences, medicine or veterinary science. This club also works well for students who are interested in Geography and Earth Sciences. In a nut shell, this club plays an important role in creating environmental awareness amongst the future generation. It is a platform where students get knowledge about environment and enables them to be sensitive towards environmental concern to tackle environmental problems.

Rho Kappa society

The purpose of Rho Kappa society is to provide students with opportunities to explore history and the social sciences as a career option and provide students with extracurricular opportunities by offering trips and/or activities that relate to history and the social sciences. Students coordinate information about educational opportunities and historical issues. The students demonstrate creativity as well as the relevancy while producing projects within one of the fields of study.

This society is successful in achieving its goals and objectives i.e to promote and educate others on the importance of the history and Social Sciences in our world; to advance our own knowledge and understanding of the Social Science and through activities based on noble cause, they also try to help the less fortunate through community service.

Roboknights Club

Through participation in the activities of this club, students learn how to express themselves and listen and relate to others— honing valuable life skills. STEM lessons are extremely important for students as they prepare to enter the 21st-century workforce. Through robotics, students can learn more than just how to code. This club provides a platform to those students who are interested in STEM skills, as mentors take care from fuelling students’ passions and guiding professionalism to participating in a sport where everyone can turn pro and more. For the members of this club, creativity and problem-solving are essential in building a robot that can complete obstacles. Here children think out of the box and come up with creative solutions while preparing robots.

Vernacular Society

The club aims to familiarise and expose the students of SRN to different regional languages spoken in India. The students are given a glimpse of the diverse linguistic culture of our country through various interesting activities and they also get acquainted about important regional languages.

The Vernacular Society organises various activities that are aimed at providing basic information about the vernacular languages spoken in India and motivate the students to appreciate the beauty of different dialects. The club activities provide an opportunity to the students to explore some of the regional languages and learn how it is different yet great.

In some of the activities students used to wear traditional dresses of various states and greet each other in the language spoken there. Such activities are very enriching and joyful experience for all the students. They enthusiastically participate in all these and it's a great medium to make students proud of their culture India which is an apt example of Unity in Diversity

Zippy Sports Club

Zippy Sports club provides an opportunity for children and youth to learn skills that will help them in school, as well as in their future careers and personal fitness. Through engagement in sports, they learn leadership, teamwork, problem-solving, responsibility, self-discipline, and a sense of initiative. Club Activities in school play a vital role that can change a student’s life incredibly forever. Today students’ involvement in Sports on Campus is something like that seems inevitable for highly potential benefits. For example- the benefits of physical fitness can ensure mental wellbeing that protects you from some life-threatening diseases like diabetes, heart disease, etc. Moreover, sports activities build skills in students for a career. At SRN we conduct all types of competitive physical activities and games through casual and organized participation that utilize, maintain and enhance physical abilities and skills while enjoying the participants

Through sports activities, students are making their lives as pleasant as they like as well as they are moving far in their future career in sports and out of sports.
